Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Practice positions to build strength and balance. Everything we do relies heavily on our ability to balance. This is a fantastic class to increase balance and also is a great way to get started exercising. All abilities are welcome.

One hour classes led by trained and certified instructors. These classes focus on strength training, balance, aerobics and stretching. All levels are welcome. $25/month or Approved Group Health. Participants can qualify for no fee. See our 2nd floor receptionist for form. Need doctor's approval.
FALON GONG - Free New for Spring 2017!
Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) is a system of self-improvement through cumulative exercises, which are traced back thousands of years to ancient China.
The benefits of practicing Falun Dafa include improved health, newfound energy, mental clarity, stress relief, and peace of mind. Each class includes five sets of easy-to-learn gentle stretches and meditations. Variations on these are available for those who wish to sit during the class. Drop-ins welcome!
CHAIR YOGA - $5 Members / $10 Non-Members
Practice positions to build strength and flexibility while deepening relaxation. All abilities are welcome. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class is perfect for people who want additional assistance to balance during yoga poses. Certified yoga instructor. Punch Card for 4 classes available.
GENTLE YOGA - $5 Members / $10 Non-Members
Tuesdays 9:30am-10:45am (1 Hour Class)
Thursdays 9:30am-10:45am (1 Hour Class)
Build strength, balance, and flexibility with traditional yoga poses. MAT REQUIRED (You will not be permitted to participate without a mat.)
Shoes are okay to wear. Certified yoga instructor. Punch Card for 4 classes available.
LAUGHTER YOGA - FREE - Currently on Break
Laugh your way to good physical and mental health. These classes introduce techniques to effectively exchange your oxygen, by ridding you of old oxygen and bringing in new oxygen. Laugh your way to better health.
YOGA for ACTIVE SENIORS - NEW - $5 Members / $10 Non-Members
Thursdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Certified Yoga Instructor Judy will show you how you can strengthen your core and feel the positive effects mentally and physically. MAT REQUIRED (You will not be permitted to participate without a mat.) Drop by the second floor reception desk to pay for this new class and ask for a Punch Card!
ZUMBA - $5 Members / $10 Non-Members
Dance and aerobics for great fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Before you know it you’ll be getting fit and also improving your energy level. Experienced fitness instructor shows you all the right moves!
